Welcome to Pinr! By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pinr, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.

2. User Conduct & Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)

Pinr is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community. We have a Zero Tolerance Policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior.

You agree NOT to post, upload, or share any content that:

• Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defaming, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, or tortious.
• Contains nudity, sexual activity, or erotica.
• Depicts violence, gore, or physical harm to self or others.
• Promotes or depicts the use of illegal weapons, firearms, or explosives.
• Is hate speech or discriminates based on race, religion, gender, age, or disability.
• Spams or solicits other users.

Violation of these rules will result in the immediate removal of your content and the permanent suspension of your account.

3. Content Moderation

To ensure safety, we employ both automated systems and human review to monitor User Generated Content (UGC):

• Automated Screening: Images are analyzed for objectionable content (nudity, weapons, violence) before they are publicly visible. Content flagged by our system is automatically blocked.
• Reporting: Users can report inappropriate content or behavior directly within the app. Consistently reported content will be hidden pending review.
• Admin Review: Our team reviews reported content and has the final authority to delete content and ban users who violate our Code of Conduct.

4. User Content License

By posting content (photos, text, locations) to Pinr, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Pinr service. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Disclaimer

New locations and interactions are generated by users. Pinr is not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content or the safety of real-world locations. Always exercise caution and situational awareness when traveling.
